We are looking for several people to answer the phones for us when customers call in.
You must be able to use google voice.
This will be a basic customer service position. You must be able to answer some basic questions about our business and set appointments for one of the reps to call back.
Qualifications:
- Stable and fast internet connection
- Fast typing speed (as you will need to document customer's concerns verbatim)
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
